1. Service Description

The Service is an AI-based image generation platform offering features including ID photos, portraits, cover art, and more. We may update, adjust, or discontinue certain features from time to time.

2. Accounts

You must register an account to use generation and paid features. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, and keep it up to date;
• Safeguard your account email and password; you are responsible for losses caused by leaked account information;
• You must be at least 16 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service); if we find an underage user, the account will be frozen.

3. Credits and Payment

The Service uses "credits" for billing; one credit typically corresponds to one generated image. Credit packages and prices are based on the Pricing page. Credits never expire. Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider Creem; we never touch your credit card or payment account information. Credits are credited automatically after a successful top-up.

4. Refund Policy

Unless required by law or agreed by us in writing, purchased credits are non-refundable once credited. If a system error causes credits to not arrive, contact the support email; we will verify and re-issue them.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You warrant that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes. When using the Service, it is strictly prohibited to generate, upload, store, or distribute the following content:

• Pornographic, nude, or sexually explicit content (including but not limited to real or AI-generated pornographic images or sexual content);
• Any pornographic or sexualized content involving minors — we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM); any such case will result in immediate account ban and report to law enforcement;
• Intimate images of a person without their consent (including deepfake / face-swap pornographic content);
• Hate, discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or incitement to violence; promoting terrorism or extremism;
• Violent or gory content, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide;
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy, or reputation;
• Impersonation, fraud, or misleading content;
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Consequences of violation: we may, without notice, suspend or permanently terminate your account, freeze or deduct credits, with no refund; in serious cases, we will preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain intellectual property rights to your uploaded materials. You grant us the limited processing and storage license necessary to provide and maintain the Service. When using generated content, you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or violate Section 5. We are not responsible for the specific use or legality of generated content.

7. Service Changes and Interruptions

The Service relies on third-party AI models and cloud services, and may change or be interrupted due to upgrades, maintenance, or factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated results are inherently uncertain; we make no express or implied warranty as to their accuracy, fitness, or quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our cumulative liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

10. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time; updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
